Laundry without detergent

How does it work? Ionised molecules are released during the washing process which raise the pH of the water (making it more alkaline). This softens the water and allows dirt to be lifted from your clothes. Similar to regular washing powder, the ceramic laundry ball allows water to do a better job of cleaning your clothes.

No bleach or washing detergent is used. The ball itself consists of naturally-occurring minerals that are heated to extremely high temperatures during the ball manufacturing process to form a ceramic.

The laundry ball lasts for 1000 washes – estimated at about 3 years for the average household.
