***Easy Blueberry muffins 120 calories (1 serving)***

***Ingredients

*1 egg
*1/2 cup unsweetned almond milk
*1/2 tsp vanilla extract
*1/4 cup apple sauce
*1 1/2 rolled-oats
*1 tbsp ground flax meal
*1 tbsp vanilla whey powder
pinch of salt
*1/2 cup blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease muffin pan (6 count).
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Combine liquid ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients until just moistened.
