Their new restaurant concept, ‘Dinkies’ in Atlanta is the brainchild of Hayes and Cole, who are Atlanta legends in the worlds of cheesesteaks (Hayes) and vegan indulgences (Cole), so it makes sense that this is an epic sandwich.
