What’s happening after prospecting and the initial pitch? Are prospective customers vanishing, never to be heard from again? Are your sales reps establishing a rapport and making follow-up calls? Inspire your salespeople by setting a good example. You don’t have to be the best sales rep in the company, but your vigor, hustle, and attitude should be something to look up to.
