The ex-rugby player has launched a fitness coaching programme called Thom Evans Fitness and is charging subscribers a whopping £600 for six months of his guidance.

And the real catch is that his whole programme is done online with no in-person exercise sessions, which is precisely the reason why most people fork out the big bucks to personal trainers.
He says he will make bespoke programmes for users and claims that his services will encourage people to make “amazing positive changes” in their appearance.
The former X Factor: Celebrity contestant wrote: “The current offer is £100 per month for a six-month minimum commitment.
